Terms & Conditions

1. NO returns, NO exchanges. The Cycling Pharmacy has the right to examine a return and decide whether to replace your item if its still within 7days from date of purchase. We can tell if it has been tampered

or not. Replacement does not include any type of misuse.

2. A CHANGE OF MIND IS NOT accepted once transaction is final and

the item has been shipped. So please choose the items you want very carefully. Get a calculator or ruler if you're unsure of the size or ask us first if you're not sure of the item you want and I'd be glad to help you.

3. NO RUSH ORDERS. If you need the item ASAP, please order early and pay as soon as possible before the payment cut-off. We do not ship orders during weekends and holidays (ex. If you pay Friday afternoon, your item will be shipped Monday). Delivery time takes 1-3 business days.

4. "First pay, first serve"

ON RESERVATIONS/PRE-ORDERS/SUBMITTED ORDERS:

1. Reservations are for upcoming items only. Not valid for on-hand items.

2. All down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. The Cycling Pharmacy has the right to CANCEL YOUR ORDER/s
if we have not received full payment or confirmation within 3 days.
Please pay as soon as you can.

4. Orders/reservations can be canceled if you do not coordinate
(such as not replying to text messages, call or emails) in scheduling
for your meet-up within 1 week.

SHIPPING METHODS:

1. Local Courier

-FREE SHIPPING on items above P1,000 to anywhere in the Philippines. Or just add P50 to avail shipping on items priced below P1,000

-We do not ship overseas.If you are ordering from overseas, we can ship it to a friend/relative you have here in the Philippines and have them ship it to you.

-WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISHANDLING incurred during shipping on any of the items once with and by the courier. We however, do our best to communicate with them in reminding them to handle them with care.

-If you are not confident with how all local couriers handle items, feel free to contact us for a meet-up.

2. Meet-ups/Pick-up:

Meet-ups/Pick-up are strictly in our place in Sucat, Parañaque only.

(We will send our complete address via text message, email or facebook messaging upon request)

NO MEETUPS for SALE items or any item below P1,000. Please make an appointment with us 1-2 days before. No impromptu/same day meet-ups. Make sure you have LOAD on your cellphone for text/call and please
